We are not obligated to publish or feature any submitted content, even after receipt of materials or forms.

3. Contributor Conduct & Representation

Contributors and advertisers agree:

Not to defame, threaten, harass, misrepresent, plagiarize, or cause reputational harm to Artimnas or its representatives in any public or private manner.

To uphold the creative, inclusive, and respectful spirit of Artimnas.

That Artimnas reserves the right to cancel, revoke, or alter participation in response to any behavior deemed unethical, inflammatory, discriminatory, or harmful.

Any attempt to discredit, cancel, or disrupt the platform—whether through false claims, public defamation, or coordinated online behavior—will result in legal action.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Artimnas is not liable for:

5. Usage by Third Parties

6. Podcast Participation

If you appear on the Artimnas podcast:

You agree that the recorded conversation is owned and can be edited, distributed, and repurposed by Artimnas without additional approval or compensation.

Artimnas is not liable for how third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.) present or monetize this content.

7. Advertising Policy

Only full-page and back cover ads are accepted, subject to editorial approval.
