How the Selection Works

At Artimnas, being featured isn’t about filling space—it’s about telling stories that matter. Each contributor is carefully chosen through a process that balances editorial intent with personal depth, ensuring that every feature feels intentional, immersive, and timeless. Here’s what to expect:

1. Step One: Share Your Interest

Start by filling out the brief form above. This gives us an overview of who you are, what you do, and how your work might align with one of our upcoming themes. This step is your chance to introduce yourself and show us the spark in your practice.

2. Step Two: Receive a Personalized Questionnaire

If selected, you’ll receive a thoughtfully crafted set of questions tailored specifically to your discipline and the theme you’ve been matched with. We don’t believe in cookie-cutter interviews—this questionnaire is the foundation for your editorial story, designed to bring out nuance, intent, and vision.

3. Step Three: Deepening the Dialogue

Once your responses are in, our editorial team reviews them and may follow up with a few more questions, requests for additional visuals, or clarification points. This is where your story takes shape—with you and our editors working in tandem to shape something extraordinary.

4. Step Four: The Interview

Some features may involve a brief recorded or written conversation to capture your voice more authentically. This isn’t a formal interview—it’s a creative chat where we dive into your process, philosophy, and passion.

5. Step Five: The Final Proof

After we’ve woven your feature together, we’ll send you a proof for final review. You’ll have 24 hours to request any factual corrections or minor edits. Once approved, your story becomes part of a printed legacy—shared in studios, libraries, bookstores, and design communities around the world.

At any stage, if a submission is found to be misaligned with our values, standards, or theme direction, we reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the feature without obligation to provide detailed explanation.
