No Refund Policy
All payments made to Artimnas—including but not limited to subscriptions, advertisement bookings, award entry fees, event registrations, and editorial contributions—are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

📌 Subscriptions
All subscription plans (6-month and 12-month) are print-only and processed immediately upon purchase.

Once a subscription is activated, no cancellations, refunds, or partial refunds will be issued, even if the recipient chooses not to receive or access the publication.

📌 Advertisements
Advertisement bookings (including full-page and back cover placements) are confirmed only upon full payment.

No refunds will be issued if you cancel your booking after the 10th of the prior month.

Artimnas reserves the right to reject or cancel advertisements that conflict with our values, tone, or editorial ethics. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion if cancellation is initiated by us.

📌 Editorial Features & Events
Payments related to event registrations, award submissions, or feature placement (if applicable) are non-refundable, even in cases of:

Withdrawal by the participant

Disqualification or editorial rejection

Missed deadlines or non-compliance with our process

We reserve the right to revoke or cancel participation at any stage without explanation if it is in the best interest of our brand, editorial integrity, or community experience. No refund will be issued in such instances.
