Explore the Intersection of Tradition, Innovation, and the Future of Design – Where Creativity Evolves Every Month

20+ Years of Design &
Leadership Experience

Sanmitra Chitte is a design strategist, educator, and creative force who wears many hats—with equal flair and a splash of color. She’s a champion of innovative thinking and future-forward design practices and she also brings fresh energy to innovation, design education, and future-thinking. Her journey spans pharmacy, animation, graphic design, service design, and even a bit of stand-up storytelling (unofficially, of course).

Sanmitra believes design should be as joyful as it is functional. She’s known for her love of curious metaphors, enjoying calligraphy paired with adorable doodles that often sneak into her notebooks and whiteboards and has the ability to turn even the driest brief into an imaginative adventure. When she’s not shaping policy or mentoring the next generation of creatives, you might find her enjoying calligraphy paired with adorable doodles that often sneak into her notebooks and whiteboards, or reimagining everyday objects with a twist of whimsy.

Her motto?

“Design is serious play—and the future is handmade, digitally enhanced, and artificially curious.”

Traditional

We begin where all creativity began—with tradition. Artimnas honors handcrafted legacies, folk arts, cultural aesthetics, and heritage design practices. We dive deep into time-tested techniques and stories of artisans whose work continues to shape contemporary sensibilities.

Digital

From pixels to platforms, Artimnas explores the digital shift in design—from UI/UX to motion graphics, virtual spaces, and beyond. We cover how tools and tech are shaping storytelling, branding, product experiences, and digital-first creativity that defines today’s world.

Artificial

This is where design gets smart. We’re talking AI-generated art, algorithmic aesthetics, data-informed creativity, and speculative design futures. Artimnas investigates how artificial intelligence and machine collaboration are not replacing designers—but challenging them to rethink what’s possible.

Futures

Design doesn’t stop at the now—it pushes forward. Artimnas looks at trends, social change, emerging tech, sustainability, and the speculative possibilities of tomorrow. This is where we imagine what’s next, boldly and curiously.
